Life at Fair Close
Get involved with us
The Fair Close Centre receives no public funding. We are dependent on our own efforts to fundraise. Please donate to help us enrich the lives of over 65s in West Berkshire and North Hampshire.
Become a volunteer
Are you looking to help your community? Why not join us as a volunteer? We are always looking for restaurant servers and meals on wheels drivers.
We offer membership for just £25 per year which means savings on the cost of lunches, hairdressing and foot care.
Opened by the Queen Mother in November 1967, the Fair Close Centre is an important community facility for the town and also for many Sovereign residents and we support this exciting initiative.
