Home from Hospital
Meals on Wheels
Fair Close’s new ‘home ‑ from ‑ hospital’ scheme will focus on safe discharge, early recovery, and confidence-building
The scheme supports older adults who need help adjusting after illness, surgery, or any hospital visit. It offers short-term aftercare and help with day‑to‑day tasks
Meals on Wheels service delivered across Newbury and Thatcham from £6.50
Transport Partners
We have partnered with the friendly, family run, team at Ave Cabs who are offering local journeys to and from Fair Close for a £6 set fee
