Jane and Nicola from Newbury Building Society kindly volunteered their time to Fair Close this week, helping out with the cafe and serving lunches etc. The ladies said that they “like to support a local community organisation and Fair Close has been supporting Newbury for a long time!” Also, as they are a local company, they mentioned that they knew some of the members. True enough, when they walked in – straight away they knew someone.
